Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyors to move inventory.
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select, pack, and label products according to customer orders and quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts to ensure stock integrity.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Load/Unload: Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Communication: Basic English proficiency for following instructions and communicating with team leads.
