Responsibilities
- Packaging & Shipping: Accurately pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and organizing stock, performing regular stock counts to maintain accuracy.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment under supervision.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all quality standards are met before dispatch.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by following all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Customer Assistance: Communicate effectively with team members and management to resolve logistical issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Communication: Basic English language skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a desire to learn new skills.
- Background: No prior experience required; we provide the training.
