Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process packages accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory safely.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock levels with system data.
- Ensure the warehouse area is clean, organized, and adheres to safety standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist with quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to the Minneapolis location.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for immediate hire.
