Responsibilities
- Perform efficient loading and unloading of trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and according to all OSHA guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
