Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse zones with accuracy.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all outgoing shipments meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area by following all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Operate scanning equipment and update inventory management systems as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
