Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport pallets of goods safely and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification.
- Scan items using handheld scanners to ensure accurate inventory counts.
- Assemble, pack, and label products for shipment to Georgia and regional partners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow strict safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new scanning software.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Memphis facility.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
