- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders using warehouse management systems.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate powered industrial trucks and pallet jacks to move materials.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and workplace protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Driver's License: Valid state-issued ID or Driver's License required.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
