Responsibilities
- Perform receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Inspect goods for damages and report discrepancies immediately to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Process orders and prepare packages for delivery within strict deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal workflow and inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Reliable transportation to the Oakland facility.
