Responsibilities
- Execute efficient receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack, Conveyor systems) safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a pristine and organized warehouse environment, including regular sanitization and floor maintenance.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming inventory and outgoing shipments to identify discrepancies.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including OSHA standards, and report any hazards immediately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
