Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery to ensure safe transport.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain up-to-date stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse facility is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily production targets.
- Operate warehouse management systems and scanning equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred, but not strictly required).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
