Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and freight using manual and powered equipment.
- Inventory Management: Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately, verifying quantities against work orders.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by organizing stock and keeping aisles clear.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs and paperwork as required.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Attendance: Strong history of punctuality and reliability.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
