Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using hand trucks, forklifts, and other equipment.
- Inventory Management: Receive and inspect incoming stock, verify quantities against paperwork, and ensure accurate placement in storage.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring all labeling, sealing, and documentation are accurate and compliant.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace by adhering to all safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
- Quality Control: Identify damaged goods or discrepancies in inventory reports and report them immediately to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to follow safety instructions and communicate effectively with team leads.
