Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all labels and packing materials are accurate.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by strictly adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
- Sort, stock, and organize inventory in the warehouse aisles to ensure efficient retrieval.
- Assist in inventory audits, cycle counts, and quality control checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn to operate handheld scanning equipment.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime when necessary.
