Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, packages, and materials within the facility and to and from vehicles.
- Sort and organize inventory using barcode scanners and manual counting methods.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, after certification.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all packages are handled correctly.
- Assist in general maintenance duties as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or formal education required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid state-issued ID or driver's license required.
