Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing inventory. This role is essential to our operations and requires a detail-oriented individual who can work well in a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Sort, organize, and stock merchandise in the warehouse storage areas.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
