Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload products from trucks and pallets using proper equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the accurate counting and stocking of merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners according to safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.
- Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: No prior warehouse or logistics experience is required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and bend frequently.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation.
