Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently handle incoming and outgoing shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Inventory Management: Sort, organize, and store merchandise accurately to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and ensure all packaging meets safety standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe for all employees.
- Customer Service: Assist in processing returns and answering basic inquiries regarding product location.
Qualifications
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation and a clean background check.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
