Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages accurately and efficiently using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) safely under supervision.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
- Package items securely for shipment to prevent damage during transit.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and handling transactions.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Valid ID and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
