Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship inventory using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and accurately
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product integrity before shipment
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document inventory movements and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to safety protocols and participate in regular training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (evenings/weekends as needed)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
