Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Safely operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with weekend team to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly (with accommodations)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy (RF scanner training provided)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude in fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM)
