Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Operate heavy machinery and material handling equipment (Forklift/Scissor Lift) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of all shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and housekeeping policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity goals.
- Assist in inventory counting and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required; we provide paid training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and rotating shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
