Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise accurately onto pallets or conveyor belts to ensure efficient processing.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits daily to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times, adhering to OSHA standards.
- Package and label products securely for shipment, verifying order accuracy against pick lists.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) and flexible hours.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Documentation: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
