Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory throughout the facility.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments accurately to maintain inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with precision and speed.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse workspace clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork and digital logs for daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Certifications: Forklift certification is a plus but we will train the right candidate.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus and maintain accuracy in a busy environment.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
