Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Assist with receiving and processing incoming shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California Driver's License preferred
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-provided)
- Reliable transportation to the Long Beach facility
