Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (OSHA certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory in 50,000 sq ft facility
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Reliable transportation to Northside location
- Flexible availability (shifts: 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm)
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
