What You Will Do:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring that products are processed, packaged, and shipped accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise onto pallets or shelves according to company standards.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using handheld scanners.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages or discrepancies.
- Keep the warehouse workspace organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation is required.
