Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan, sort, and organize inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Quality Control: Perform daily inspections of incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure quality standards are met.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Availability: Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
