Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label orders for shipment using appropriate materials and equipment.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for accuracy and quality.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Organize stockrooms and warehouse shelves to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during peak delivery times.
- Process returns and manage damaged inventory according to company policy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and package verification.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, or overtime as needed.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
