Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare packages for shipment using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick and pack orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing freight for damage and discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory management systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide paid training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
