Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, stock, and other materials safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory in designated areas with high accuracy.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track product movement and stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quality standards.
- Assist in the preparation of shipments for local and regional delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning equipment.
- Reliable transportation and a history of consistent attendance.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we offer training for the right candidates.
