Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Receive, verify, and stock incoming merchandise accurately.
- Machinery Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and ensure proper packaging.
- Shipping: Prepare and package orders for shipment in a timely manner.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends if necessary.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from work.
