Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently load, unload, and move materials using pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and conveyors.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, perform cycle counts, and ensure proper organization of inventory.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring all labeling and documentation are correct.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliability: Proven track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
