Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory management and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. No prior experience is necessary for many positions; we provide on-the-job training.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and inspect incoming stock for damages or discrepancies.
- Pack and label products securely for shipment to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse floor to ensure safety compliance.
- Operate scanning equipment (RF guns) to update inventory systems in real-time.
- Assist in organizing stockrooms and retrieving items as requested.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order picking.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if needed.
