Responsibilities
- Perform daily picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently and accurately.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) in compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing inventory to minimize errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock replenishment as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
