Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using our advanced warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct thorough quality control inspections on products to ensure they meet our high standards before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, ensuring inventory integrity during transport.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners or mobile devices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a major plus.
