Job Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and transport merchandise within the warehouse and to delivery vehicles using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate data entry into our inventory management system.
- Pack and prepare products for shipment, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and workflow efficiency targets.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and equipment checks as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we provide on-the-job training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
