Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving and put-away of merchandise with accuracy.
- Fulfill customer orders by picking, packing, and labeling items efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work area at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and assist in stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Jacksonville facility.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
