Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management software.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in designated zones.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline workflow and meet daily targets.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
