Responsibilities
- Execute accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage and quality assurance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently (certification provided upon hire).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and performance goals.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock organization to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and writing skills; computer proficiency is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
