Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare products for shipment using appropriate equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times (OSHA compliance).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
- Package items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Assist in the organization of storage areas to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not strictly required for entry-level).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
