Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship products to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanners, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all orders meet company standards before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and targets.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience is required; we value attitude and work ethic over history.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills are necessary for scanning and labeling.
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
