Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damages and verify quantities against invoices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Sort and organize inventory using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Perform basic maintenance on warehouse equipment and report malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
