Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and organize inventory with precision and safety.
- Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Package products securely for shipment using appropriate materials and labeling.
- Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate digital inventory records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and logging data.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
