Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and conduct regular cycle counts to prevent discrepancies.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality standards before shipping.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to meet daily and weekly operational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and maneuver in tight spaces.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be available for full-time shifts.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory tracking.
