Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move stock in and out of the facility.
- Inventory management: accurately pick, pack, and scan items to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Quality control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Equipment maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent work history.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
