Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and mentor a team of 10+ warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance reviews.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems and conduct regular audits.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards to prevent workplace accidents.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet delivery deadlines.
- Optimize workflow processes to reduce waste and improve turnaround times.
- Collaborate with supply chain management to forecast inventory needs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics coordination.
- Valid Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
