- Maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Train new team members on warehouse procedures and equipment usage
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail with error prevention skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Valid California driver's license preferred
