Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Manage and lead a diverse team of warehouse associates, providing mentorship, training, and performance feedback.
- Monitor inventory levels using our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Analyze daily productivity metrics and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Prepare daily shift reports and communicate operational challenges to upper management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or operations management.
- Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as SAP, Manhattan, or similar software.
- Valid Forklift Certification and experience with material handling equipment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by business volume.
