Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 5-10 warehouse associates on shift.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and report equipment maintenance needs.
- Manage shift schedules, breaks, and attendance records.
- Process shipments and prepare orders for outbound delivery.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Must be available to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of inventory software.
