Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure workflow efficiency.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
